Med2TEC’s Out Patient (OPD) Management module is a combination of EPM (Electronic Practice Management) and EHR (Electronic Health Record) designed to facilitate doctors’ daily OPD practice.

It simplifies every step of the practice management including keeping patients’ health record and medical billing process, from the initial scheduling of an appointment to the tedious billing service and remittance tasks following every patient’s visit.

The OPD module facilitates doctors in their daily patient care by giving them access to most up-to-date information and medical history of their patients such as previous examinations and vitals, illnesses and medications, surgeries, immunizations, allergies, family history and social history. This in turn increases patients’ satisfaction and trust on the doctors’ treatment.

The shift management functionality provides hospitals the capability to manage multi-shifts of multi-doctors simultaneously. It provides detailed report on the patients of different doctors and detailed reports on their medical and treatment history.

The web-based centralized OPD module also connects to relevant departments such as Pharmacy, Health Laboratory & Radiology to keep Patients’ electronic heath records up-to-date and relevant at all times.
